 Christina Flanagan, Owner (plus wife, mom, & friend to the most fabulous gals)!

Both Chris and I are native Texans.  I am from Houston and he is from Hempstead.  We met at La Strada during one of their famous Sunday brunch's almost 8 years ago.  We married in Venice, Italy and had Nina later that year (we are movers and shakers, what can I say).  We moved from the 'inner sanctum' (aka inner loop) 7 years ago into the burbs and found ourselves thrust into a community of lifestyles we knew nothing about....PARENTING, public schools, allergies, bullies, HOA, gymnastics, lactose free milk!!!  AAAAHHH!  It was hard to grasp at first for a city gal, but Nina has been a joy.  She is a wild card that keeps us in stitches; never a dull moment.  When she was smaller I didn’t know the area so I drove around, jotted down places that seemed kid friendly, and BAM...here we are, www.ninaloca.com was born! 
 
I have to mention just a few people in my life that have helped me with this crazy thing:  Christie Lacy you are the coach in my corner!!  Your talent is off the charts and I just adore what you do for me!  I want to thank my husband Chris and my daughter Nina for their patience and input, you guys rock and I love you!  My Mom, Alice, for her strength, beauty, and spiritual fabulousness!  Kay D. and Kelley K., thank you for being such fabulous friends! I also want to thank Becky T. & Amy C., my long time best girlfriends, I love you forever &  EVER, EVER, EVER!!!!!! << YOU TWO GIRLS are my touchstones.  Cindy R. & Kaylin M., I have few words...Nina just loves you...you are so glorious!!  I have a gazillion people I could rattle off (Carrie R., Jeanna T., Sterle C., Chelsey D., Michelle I., Shannon R., Kim O., Laurie M.,  ) but I must stop so I can get to work on the website!
